Itinerary

Day 1- The Jungle Transit & Chiguaza Adventure

Early morning Private Transfer from Quito to the Southern Amazon of Ecuador. Scenic drive through the Andes to the Amazon basin. Mid-Day Adventure: Stop and trek to explore the Laberintos del Chiguaza (Chiguaza Labyrinths). Arrival, check-in, and orientation in the Macas area.

Day 2 – Red Waters & Ancient Secrets

Morning: Adventure hike to the spectacular Red Waterfalls. Afternoon: Guided visit to the enigmatic Petroglyphs of Catazho with local interpretations. Transfer south, near Gualaquiza.

Day 3 – Shuar Connection & El Pangui Falls

Morning: Cultural Exchange at a Shuar Community and the Centro Bio Shuar. Learn about sustainable living and ancestral traditions. Afternoon: Cross into Zamora Chinchipe to trek to the less-visited Cascadas Rojas de San Roque (El Pangui). Overnight near Gualaquiza

Day 4 – Gualaquiza & Return to Quito

Morning: Brief exploration/souvenir shopping in Gualaquiza. Late Morning: Begin the organized and comfortable transfer back to Quito. Lunch en route. Evening: Arrival back in Quito (approx. 8:00 PM).
